COVID-19 Information & Response

To our valued Quorum community,
In response to world-wide precautions over the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Quorum has developed a response and plan with our employees and customers in mind, based on CDC guidelines.
As I am sure you can appreciate, this situation is very fluid with changes occurring on a day to day basis. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide any updates or changes necessary.
Employee Health
  • Prevention – employees have been provided guidelines for washing their hands appropriately and avoiding touching their eyes, mouth & nose, as well as personal hygiene steps such as coughing into their arm. Extra disinfectant precautions are being taken in our offices to ensure cleanliness of surfaces where the virus may live, such as door handles, elevator buttons, and telephones.
  • Working from home – Quorum is extending the Work from Home (WFH) program to employees who have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 (and feel well enough to work), those employees that have or may have come in contact with someone infected with COVID-19 in order to self-isolate, and those that have traveled internationally for leisure (a mandatory 14-day isolation policy is in effect for these employees upon their return to work). All US Quorum employees currently work remotely from home.
  • Travel – only essential travel is permitted at this time. Quorum has also placed a ban for the safety of our employees and customers on travel to high-risk areas. All other meetings that would normally require travel will be replaced by online conferencing.
Customer Support
  • Our Customer Support Center is fully-capable of operating under remote circumstances, and our employees are fully prepared to do so if necessary.
  • We do not anticipate any disruption in our ability to handle our customer needs.
